Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
RETURN POLICY: Our return policy is simple. If your item does not fit as desired: Email @macrameworkspace@gmail.com to let us know. Pack and ship the item back to us. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
We will refund the money as soon as we receive your package. The items need to be in the condition they were sent all original tags included.
Defected Item: We inspect every item before shipping, However, we understand that we might miss something in the process. We reserve the right to ask for a photograph of the item or items in question if the item or items have a defect. Items returned must have original tags attached and the garment must be unworned.
If is an exchange due to a sizing issue, we understand. Simply let us know if you want a refund and or exchange. If we have the size requested we will send it once the item has been returned.
Please Note: Refunds take place once the item has been received. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to appear in your payment method account.

Subscriptions: If you have several subscriptions on the same date, We on goodwill, will refund you for the excess shipping.
The tracking number will reflect the same number on those items, although ordered separately.
